Line caught skin on, seasoned and oven baked.  Served on a bed of crispy noodles finished in a light citrus coconut broth

The best eye fillet with gratin of wild mushrooms,  served with boulangère potatoes

 

Chargrilled Chicken Breast         $25.00

Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast filled with ricotta & roast capsicum, served on cream of julienne vegetables with potato croquettes

Served on potato & kumara mash with a herb & white wine jus
